Community Users - Can the public use the library?

The public is welcome to come into the library. To borrow materials, we offer Community User membership for a fee. For more information about the membership, please see IVC Library Policies, Services & Resources for Community Members. Any additional questions, please contact 949.451.5761.
Please note that the Community User membership does not provide access to library computers or WiFi. If you are looking for a library with public computer access, please visit the OC Public Library branch closest to you.
